From the release of Silk Test 19.5 on-wards, Silk Test is shipped with the openJDK. The openJDK is 64-bit only and as a result, Silk Test cannot be installed on a 32-bit operating system.
If you attempt to install on a 32-bit system, you will receive the below error:
To resolve the issue, you will need to use the non-jre setup executable of Silk Test. This installation is not shopped with a JRE, therefore you will need to provide your own 32-bit Java8 JRE instead. This will need to be installed on the machine prior to running the non-jre setup.
The non-jre setup is not available directly via the Micro Focussupport portal, therefore you will need to contact support via a support incident and request the non-jre setup.
