Silk4J error on startup 'Could not initialize Silk4j, Please restart Eclipse with the command line argument - Clean'

If this error 'Could not initialize Silk4j, Please restart Eclipse with the command line argument - Clean' persists after starting Eclipse with the -clean command within command prompt try the below steps to resolve the issue:-

1) Navigate to the installation directory of Eclipse

2) Continue to navigate to the \configuration\org.eclipse.osgi\ folder

3) Delete all contents of this folder

4) Start Silk4J

The error will no longer be shown and Eclipse will start without error.
